IEE was established in the 1980’s aiming at providing its members a unique environment for their intellectual development, through which young businesspeople and successors of family businesses could improve their knowledge and thus become better leaders. Therefore, its purpose was not and is not to indoctrinate its followers, but help the development of leaders with intellectual independence and ability to achieve. IEE is constantly seeking to improve the systems and methods used to achieve this goal.
